1. How to Register a Grievance

3. Grievance Handling Process
- All grievances received via email/phone/letter are acknowledged within 3 business days.
- A unique grievance reference number is assigned to each complaint.
- Grievance is examined and appropriate action is taken within 30 days.
- The complainant is informed of the resolution via the same channel.
- If unsatisfied, the complainant may escalate to the next level.
