• Non-discretionary stock & index research reports
• Equity Research Reports (Fundamental and Technical Analysis)
• Technical Analysis – Moving Averages, Chart Patterns, Trend Analysis
• Periodic Market Commentary and Outlook
• Services for Individuals, HNIs, Accredited Investors and Non-individuals (corporate entities)

3. Rights of Investors

As an investor availing research services from N.S. Fidai, you have the following rights:

• Right to receive research reports with all mandatory disclosures as per SEBI regulations.
• Right to know about conflicts of interest of the Research Analyst.
• Right to know the basis and methodology of research recommendations.
• Right to receive research reports prepared with due diligence and without any misleading information.
• Right to file grievances and receive timely redressal.
• Right to escalate unresolved grievances to SEBI SCORES / Smart ODR.
• Right to be treated fairly and without discrimination.

4. Dos and Don'ts for Investors

Do's

• Verify the SEBI registration of your Research Analyst at sebi.gov.in (opens in new tab).
• Read all research reports carefully, including risk disclosures, before investing.
• Conduct your own due diligence before making investment decisions.
• Check the validity and currency of research reports.
• Report any unregistered entity claiming to provide research services.
• File grievances promptly if services are unsatisfactory.

Don'ts

• Do not act solely on research tips shared via WhatsApp, Telegram, or other informal channels claiming to be from N.S. Fidai.
• Do not pay fees to unregistered entities.
• Do not expect guaranteed returns from any research service.
• Do not share your trading credentials or demat login with anyone.
• Do not invest more than you can afford to lose.

5. Obligations of the Research Analyst

• Maintain SEBI registration and comply with all applicable regulations.
• Provide research reports with clear methodologies and disclosures.
• Disclose financial interests in recommended securities.
• Maintain independence and objectivity in research.
• Handle investor grievances within prescribed timelines.
• Maintain required records and make them available for inspection.
• Submit annual compliance reports to SEBI.
