Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refund and cancellation policy for paid research services
Please read this policy carefully before subscribing to any research service. By subscribing, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.
1. Subscription Services
India Equity Network offers paid subscriptions for research reports and market analysis services. Subscription plans and pricing are specified at the time of purchase.
2. Refund Eligibility
2.1 Situations Where Refund May Be Provided
- Technical failure resulting in non-delivery of services despite payment.
- Double payment / duplicate charge for the same subscription.
- Service disruption of more than 7 consecutive days after subscription start.
2.2 Situations Where Refund Is NOT Provided
- Unsatisfactory investment returns based on research recommendations.
- Non-receipt of expected profits or losses from acting on research.
- Cancellation requests after 7 days from the date of subscription.
- Subscriptions already consumed / research reports already downloaded.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time by contacting us at compliance@indiaequitynetwork.com with a cc to ram.iyer@indiaequitynetwork.com and nsfidai@indiaequitynetwork.com.
- Upon cancellation, access to research continues until the end of the paid subscription period.
- Renewal for the next period is stopped immediately upon cancellation.
- No prorated refunds for cancellations mid-period unless falling under Section 2.1.
4. Refund Process
- Email refund request to compliance@indiaequitynetwork.com with a cc to ram.iyer@indiaequitynetwork.com and nsfidai@indiaequitynetwork.com within the eligible period.
- Provide transaction ID, payment receipt, and reason for refund.
- Refund requests are reviewed within 7 working days.
- Approved refunds are processed within 15 working days to the original payment method.
5. Non-Refundable Fees
The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:
- Payment gateway / transaction charges
- GST / taxes charged on services
- One-time onboarding fees (if applicable)
6. Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes regarding refunds, investors may approach:

7. Important Note
Refunds are not provided on the basis of investment performance, market losses, or dissatisfaction with market movements. Research services are informational and not investment advice.
