Platform Issues
Downtime or third-party failures
Algorithmic Issues
Model-based inaccuracies
User Decisions
Decisions using educational material
Aggregate Liability: Shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
No indirect, punitive, incidental, consequential, or speculative damages shall be recoverable.
